Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size and shade, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly — usually within 2–4 hours. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at info@velorie-official.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot make changes but our returns process is simple and free.
Q: Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Q: Is it safe to enter my payment details on your website?
Absolutely. Velorie's store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing. Your details are never stored on our servers.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- United States: 5–8 business days (standard) · 2–3 business days (express)
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Australia: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 8–15 business days

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Q: My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my order. What do I do?
First, check with neighbors or your building's mailroom as packages are sometimes left with others. If after 48 hours you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@velorie-official.com and we will investigate immediately.
📏 SIZING & FIT
Q: How do I know which size to order?
Our size guide is available on every product page. As a general guide:
- Small: A–B cup
- Medium: B–C cup
- Large: C–D cup
If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable and secure fit.
Q: I have a larger bust — will this work for me?
Yes. Velorie is designed to support cup sizes A through DD. For a DD+ bust, we recommend pairing The Invisible Lift™ with our Breast Lift Tape for additional support throughout the day.
Q: Which shade should I choose?
Choose the shade closest to your natural skin tone for the most invisible look. If you are between two shades, go one shade darker — it blends more naturally under most outfits. Our shade range goes from Light Beige through to Deep Brown to ensure every skin tone is represented.
Q: Can I wear this with any outfit?
Velorie is designed for backless dresses, plunge necklines, strapless gowns, deep V-necks, cut-out styles, and any outfit where a traditional bra isn't an option. It is not recommended for very sheer fabrics where the edge of the cup may be visible.
🛡️ PRODUCT & USAGE
Q: How long does the adhesive hold?
Velorie's medical-grade silicone adhesive is designed to hold for up to 10–12 hours of continuous wear. For best results, apply to clean, completely dry skin that is free of moisturiser, body oil, or perfume.
Q: How do I apply it correctly?
Follow these 3 simple steps:
- Peel — Remove the protective film from the adhesive side of each cup
- Position — Place each cup on your chest, starting from the outer edge, pressing firmly inward
- Clasp — Fasten the front gold clasp and adjust for your desired lift
Pro tip: Apply 10–15 minutes before getting dressed to allow the adhesive to fully bond with your skin.
Q: Is it waterproof?
Yes — Velorie is fully waterproof and sweat-proof. It holds through heat, humidity, light swimming, and active wear. For extended submersion such as ocean swimming or water sports, we recommend removing beforehand to preserve the adhesive life.
Q: How do I remove it without discomfort?
Always remove slowly and gently — never pull sharply away from the skin.
- Start from the outer edge of the cup
- Peel inward slowly using a rolling motion
- Press your skin gently away from the cup with your other hand as you go
- If needed, step into a warm shower first — the heat loosens the adhesive naturally and makes removal completely painless
Q: How many times can I reuse it?
With proper care, each pair can be reused 30 or more times. You will notice the adhesive restoring its tackiness fully after each wash. If suction weakens significantly after many uses, it is time to replace.
Q: How do I clean and store it?
After each wear:
- Rinse gently under warm water with a small amount of mild liquid soap
- Rub the adhesive surface very gently with clean fingertips — never use a cloth or sponge
- Rinse thoroughly until all soap is removed
- Allow to air dry completely — never use a towel, tissue, or hairdryer
- Once fully dry, return to the original storage case with the protective film replaced
Never fold, stack, or store in direct sunlight.
Q: Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Velorie is made from 100% hypoallergenic, skin-safe silicone with no latex, fragrances, dyes, or harsh chemicals. It is dermatologist-approved and safe for all skin types. If you have a known silicone sensitivity, we recommend a 30-minute patch test on your inner arm before full use.
Q: Can I wear it while breastfeeding or postpartum?
We recommend consulting with your doctor before wearing adhesive products on sensitive postpartum skin. Velorie is not designed for use directly after surgery or on broken, irritated, or healing skin.
🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Q: My product arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We are so sorry. Please contact us at info@velorie-official.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately — no return required.
Q: How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size or shade?
Yes — we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Contact us at info@velorie-official.com with your order number and we will arrange the exchange for you.
